Tree house Design and Management is a team of professional designers and builders that takes your construction project from inception to completion.
From the early stages of the design process we keep in our mind the principles of harmony with nature and sustainability as guidelines to achieve a comfortable and sustainable habitat, integrated aesthetically into the environment, using orientation and microclimate to maximise the advantages and benefits of natural resources: sun, wind, and rain
We think that our environment is a living organism, and our designs will fit as part of this organism.

Our designs
We have a specific respond for specific needs. There is no site identical to another site if all the data are considered (sun access, wind, topography, neighbourhood, etc) especially if we add to the equation the inhabitants’ needs and culture. The process of design is a unique answer to the list of all the previous variables.
We promise the client a design that responds specifically to his needs and aspirations taking into consideration the site constraints.
The Principle
The principle designer Pierre El-Khoury:

graduated in 1987 from the faculty of engineering at St Joseph University in Beyrouth with a bachelor of Engineer-Architect.

In 2004 he graduated from the UNSW with Master in Construction Management

in 2009 he did a building certificate course in the UTS
Pierre speaks 3 languages fluently : English, French and Arabic.
He holds a builder license since 2010
Experience
Long experience in residential designs and high rise buildings since 1986. He designed house, dual occupancies, multi residential dwellings, villas, flat buildings, boarding houses, child cares, commercial offices, hotels, schools, medical centres, fire stations, And other projects in Australia and overseas
He worked in Sydney since 2003 in different design firms, he started his own firm in 2011
